| Background |
|
Anthony began studying privately at a very young age. He studied through elementary school
and began expanding his abilities into other realms of percussion in junior high and high
school. He accepted an offer to study music at Miami University and graduated with a
Bachelor of Arts in music. Anthony has played in many live and recorded situations
including orchestras, rock bands, churches and coffeehouses.

| Influences |

Anthony lists a wide range of incluences over a variety of musical styles. Other drummers
that he lists are Kenny Aronoff, Dave Weckl, Peter Erskine and
Jeff Hamilton. Bands that have influenced him include Radiohead, The Pixies,
Wilco and U2.
